That May Sounds Strange, but Until the Minimum Requirements of the Geometry, Site Plan with Address and Some Knowledge of the Building’s Envelope Component Materials are Provided, an Accurate Calculation Cannot be Performed.

Any Questions for Additional Required Items Not Indicated Will be Questioned Via Email or Phone Call.

*Ideally it is Best to Know Exactly What the Building Envelope Components are to be Installed, so that the HVAC Design is Fine Tuned for Your Exact Building.

Energy Code Consulting Works on a Per System (Single Level homes up to 2,999 Square Feet)/Floor Quantity Basis, or a Combination of. There are NO Additional Charges for Scaled Duct Design, Equipment Schedules, Energy Code Forms, Etc., as Noted on Our About Us Page.  

Half the Initial Quantity Charges are Added for Later Revisions and Exact Duplicates of Previous Model/Spec Homes Completed (Allows for Orientation changes, Mirrors and Flips).

Online Payment is Available Through Our ‘Purchase and Checkout‘ Section.

Projects are Completed on a First Paid, First Serve Basis, When All Information is Provided.

General Residential Information Form for New Construction or Separate Remodeling.  (You Can Either Type Directly in the Form, but Save Afterwards, Else it is just a Blank Form; or Print, Complete and Email Back.)

Utilizing an Existing Unit for Addition or Remodel, which Requires a Complete Whole-House Review of the Existing Home, can Utilize ECC’s Existing Residential Information Kit to Obtain the Required Information. (You Can Either Type Directly in the Form, but Save Afterwards, Else it is just a Blank Form; or Print, Complete and Email Back.)
